EWC FLEET SOLUTIONS

The Fleet Solutions program from Express Wash Concepts offers a streamlined, app-based solution for managing commercial fleet washing. With access to over 120+ locations across six states and all five EWC brands (Moo Moo, Flying Ace, Clean Express, Green Clean, Bee Clean), fleets enjoy convenience, cost savings, and eco-friendly cleaning.

Participants benefit from discounted rates and a pay-as-you-wash model, with a minimum of five washes per month per account. Monthly automated billing is handled via credit card or EFT, with no cash or checks accepted. The app enables real-time tracking of washes, simplified billing, and the ability to add or remove users as needed.

Vehicles must meet safety requirements—under 85 inches wide, less than 7'2" clearance, and free of side racks or dual wheels. EWC uses the EnviroSoft system, which is gentle yet effective, reclaiming water and using fewer than 20 gallons of fresh water per wash. Free vacuums are available after each wash, though detailing services are not included.

Account cancellations require five business days, and unused QR codes remain valid for 90 days afterward. The program is designed for fleets of five or more commercial vehicles, offering a convenient, eco-conscious way to keep vehicles clean and professional.
