An Ohio-based car wash operator and retail development executive with over 25 years of experience, Roush has developed and built more than 165 express tunnel car washes. He founded Moo Moo Express Car Wash, leading its research, branding, and expansion to 40+ Central Ohio locations since 2008. He also co-founded Flying Ace Express and Clean Express Auto Wash.

Craig Van Bremen is a Virginia executive with 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy and development across real estate, defense and banking. Slade spent 9 years of his youth drying, vacuuming, and prepping cars during weekends and summers. For the past 26 years, he has managed, owned, installed, and serviced car washes of all types. As Technical Director, he supports the service team during critical times and provides technical support to the EWC team. He earned a BA and BSBA from Ohio Northern University.
