The dream of Moo Moo Express began when Founder John Roush’s favorite conveyor car wash in Pickerington, Ohio closed. Determined to bring a better experience to his community, Roush researched the industry and set out to build an express car wash of his own—combining state-of-the-art equipment with a customer-first approach.
He wanted more than just a car wash; he wanted a brand with personality and heart. Inspired by the historic Hunter’s Run Barn from his childhood—which had tragically burned down—Roush designed the signature Moo Barn architecture as a tribute. The name came during a road trip when he spotted cows in a field and thought: What’s in a barn? Cows. What do cows say? Moo! And with that, Moo Moo Express was born.

Flying Ace Express took flight with a mission to deliver the region’s best, highest-quality express car wash experience. Inspired by Greater Dayton’s rich aviation history and Founder John Roush’s admiration for vintage aircraft, the brand embodies innovation, speed, and precision.
