NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The EWC Holiday $10K Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Express Wash Concepts, LLC dba Moo Moo Express Car Wash, Flying Ace Express Car Wash, Clean Express Auto Wash, Green Clean Express Auto Wash and Bee Clean Express Car Wash, 13375 National Road SW, Etna, OH 43068 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, vendors directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and their respective spouses) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three months per year) are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on November 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 27, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s designated computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting https://go.expresswashconcepts.com/10k and completing and submitting the official online entry form.

There are two ways to access the Sweepstakes entry opportunity:

A. Qualifying Membership Purchase

During the Sweepstakes Period, certain customers may receive a promotional pull tab with the Sweepstakes URL and entry instructions when they make a qualifying purchase. Receipt of a pull tab is not required to enter and does not constitute an entry. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry — No Purchase Necessary

During the Sweepstakes Period, any eligible individual may enter by visiting https://go.expresswashconcepts.com/10k and submitting the official online entry form. The free method of entry requires the same information and is subject to the same rules, deadlines, and odds as any other method. No additional steps, fees, or materials are required to enter via the free method.

No purchase, car wash, membership or other payment is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

5. ENTRY FORM AND ENTRY LIMIT

The online entry form will require:

First and last name
Email address
Mobile phone number
Preferred car wash brand
Confirmation that entrant is at least 18 years old
Confirmation that entrant is a legal resident of IN, MI, NC, OH, PA & VA
Acceptance of the Official Rules

Limit one (1) entry per natural person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of email address, phone number, account, device, or method of entry. Sponsor may disqualify suspected duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries and may require proof of identity and eligibility. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

Purchasing additional memberships or receiving additional promotional pull-tabs does not provide additional Sweepstakes entries or increase an entrant’s odds of winning.

Multiple entries submitted by the same individual using different email addresses, telephone numbers, identities or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limitation may be disqualified.

Automated, robotic, programmed, script-generated or similar entries are prohibited.

6. PROMOTIONAL PULL-TABS

Promotional pull tabs may be distributed while supplies last to communicate how to enter. The pull tab is not a Sweepstakes entry, is not required to enter, and does not affect odds. The Sweepstakes URL and Official Rules will be available on Sponsor’s websites and other promotional materials so that eligible individuals may enter without making a purchase.

7. MOBILE NUMBER AND MARKETING CONSENT

Providing a valid mobile telephone number is required to submit an entry and may be used for Sweepstakes administration, including contacting a potential winner.

Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is not required to enter or win and will not affect an entrant’s odds of winning.

Entrants may be provided a separate opportunity to affirmatively consent to receive marketing text messages from Sponsor and/or participating Express Wash Concepts car wash brands.

Marketing consent will be maintained separately from Sweepstakes entry and will be subject to applicable terms, privacy policies and law.

8. GRAND PRIZE — $10,000 HOLIDAY CASH

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

Grand Prize: $10,000 in cash.

The Grand Prize will be paid to the verified winner by check or electronic funds transfer (ACH), as determined by Sponsor and subject to applicable verification requirements.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.

The prize is nontransferable and will be awarded only to the verified winner.

Prize Fulfillment

Subject to verification, Sponsor will deliver the prize within 6–8 weeks after completion of winner verification by check or ACH, as determined by Sponsor. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undeliverable payments resulting from winner-provided information.

9. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur on or about December 28, 2026, Eastern Time, and will be conducted by Sponsor or its independent administrator using a random selection method from the entries database. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will document the selection process and will conduct up to three (3) alternate drawings if a selected potential winner is disqualified or forfeits.

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the email address and/or mobile number provided with the entry. Sponsor may make up to three (3) contact attempts over seven (7) calendar days. The potential winner must complete, sign, and return, within five (5) business days of notification: (i) an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, (ii) a Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), (iii) IRS Form W-9, and (iv) any information reasonably necessary to process the prize payment. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or return required documents in time, is ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. The winner will never be required to pay a fee, make a purchase, or provide payment to claim the prize.

11. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the prize as required by law and will report the prize value to tax authorities. The potential winner must provide a valid taxpayer identification number (via IRS Form W-9) before the prize is awarded.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, winner grants Sponsor and its designees a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation or notice.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it reasonably determines has violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process, submitted fraudulent entries, used automated means to enter, or otherwise interfered with the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Subject to applicable law, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. If terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may select the winner in a random drawing from among eligible entries received as of the termination date.

In the event of a material modification, Sponsor will post notice on the Official Rules URL; no modification will retroactively diminish any entrant’s odds or impose additional obligations without consent where required by law.

14. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, sweepstakes administrators, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, or incomplete entries; technical errors or malfunctions of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; or any injury or damage to persons or property relating to participation.

In no event will Sponsor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for attorneys’ fees, and total liability will not exceed the value of the prize awarded, in each case where such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing herein waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. PRIVACY

Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, and award the prize, consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy. Sponsor may send administrative emails or texts related to the Sweepstakes regardless of marketing consent. Marketing communications will only be sent if the entrant separately and affirmatively consents, and such consent is not a condition of entry or of winning. Entrants may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

If the Sweepstakes is promoted on any social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok), entrants acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with such platform. By entering, entrants release the applicable platform from any liability arising from the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor will maintain records of official rules, promotional materials, eligible entries received, drawing procedures and results, and winner verification and tax documentation for at least four (4) years after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

16. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Except where prohibited, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by AAA under its applicable consumer rules, and conducted in Franklin County, Ohio. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes, including the enforceability of this provision.

BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

This arbitration agreement does not preclude either party from seeking individualized relief in small claims court for disputes within its jurisdiction or from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential information or intellectual property.

17. WINNER’S LIST

For the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a request to [email protected] or to Express Wash Concepts, 13375 National Road SW, Etna, OH 43068, to be received within 90 days after the winner is confirmed. Sponsor may also announce the winner via its website and/or social media channels, subject to applicable law.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
